We offer a variety of roles from beauty therapists to chefs, and between the four sites we employ over 250 full and part time staff from over 15 different nationalities and of all different ages.

Casual Work
If you're looking for casual work, look no further. Every department within our operation has casual staff and we couldn't do without them. So if you have commitments elsewhere or are simply looking for a bit of weekend or evening work, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Management Careers
Throughout all of our different departments, there are a whole range of managerial roles carrying all levels of responsibility. The most important factor in progressing to this level is that you love what you do! So if you are applying for a front of house position we'd expect that you like the odd tipple of wine, enjoy your cask ales and love locally produced quality food. Most importantly you must have the passion to make every customers visit, a happy one.

All managerial roles require leadership skills and the ability to maintain a happy enjoyable working environment for all your team. The right candidate needs to be efficient, meet targets and run your operation effectively. You'll need the skills to work autonomously and make decisions on your own - but we'll be there to advise as and when needed.

We offer good rates of pay, from supervisors on £14,000-£16,000, deputies on £16,000-£25,000 and managers on £25,000-£45,000. Chef careers
If your talent lies in the kitchen, there's a fantastic team already in place which you can become a part of. We take on chefs of all levels and love nothing more than developing existing members of our team and watching them grow. We also work closely with the local colleges and have many junior chefs who we sponsor through college on a weekly day release.

We are constantly investing in our kitchens to ensure you are working with the best tools available and that the environment in which you work is a happy one. In fact all of our kitchens have air conditioning so there's none of that 'sweating over a hot stove!'

Full Time Spa Receptionist

Spa by Kasia situated in the 4* Grosvenor Pulford Hotel are looking to recruit a full-time Spa receptionist to join their current team. The ideal candidate will be able to have the ability to turn enquiries into sales and have good IT skills, previous reception experience is desirable! You will need to be self-motivated as this position requires the person working on their own initiative, and have a warm, friendly manner, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A flexible approach to work is essential as this role will involve working five over seven days per week working 40 hours per week. Head Gardener

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Head Gardener, who will be responsible for helping to maintain & develop our grounds, gardens and indoor plants to an immaculate standard for all 5 of our properties, including the company residential premises.
