We offer a variety of roles from beauty therapists to chefs, and between the four sites we employ over 250 full and part time staff from over 15 different nationalities and of all different ages.

Casual Work
If you're looking for casual work, look no further. Every department within our operation has casual staff and we couldn't do without them. So if you have commitments elsewhere or are simply looking for a bit of weekend or evening work, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Management Careers
Throughout all of our different departments, there are a whole range of managerial roles carrying all levels of responsibility. The most important factor in progressing to this level is that you love what you do! So if you are applying for a front of house position we'd expect that you like the odd tipple of wine, enjoy your cask ales and love locally produced quality food. Most importantly you must have the passion to make every customers visit, a happy one.

All managerial roles require leadership skills and the ability to maintain a happy enjoyable working environment for all your team. The right candidate needs to be efficient, meet targets and run your operation effectively. You'll need the skills to work autonomously and make decisions on your own - but we'll be there to advise as and when needed.

We offer good rates of pay, from supervisors on £14,000-£16,000, deputies on £16,000-£25,000 and managers on £25,000-£45,000. Chef careers
If your talent lies in the kitchen, there's a fantastic team already in place which you can become a part of. We take on chefs of all levels and love nothing more than developing existing members of our team and watching them grow. We also work closely with the local colleges and have many junior chefs who we sponsor through college on a weekly day release.

We are constantly investing in our kitchens to ensure you are working with the best tools available and that the environment in which you work is a happy one. In fact all of our kitchens have air conditioning so there's none of that 'sweating over a hot stove!'

The Fishpool Inn

Having undergone a full 14 month renovation, The Fishpool Inn opened its doors to the public in February 2012. This is a fast paced environment not only serving over 600 covers a day on weekends and 200-300 mid-week, but managing to do this while serving top end quality meals all made on site from fresh, locally sourced produce with a service to match. Bar Supervisor

We are looking for an individual with fantastic knowledge and a genuine interest in cocktails, local cask ales, and wines. Experience of bar operations is essential for this role, however restaurant or food knowledge would be beneficial as this is a food led operation too. A clear passion and desire to provide outstanding customer service is a must. In order to build great rapport with our guests, the successful candidate will illustrate a strong personality, good charisma, and dedication to their role. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of two bars and help assist the Bar Manager keep control of all liquor stock and cellars within the hotel. Of course you will need to be efficient and assist in meeting company liquor GP and wage targets and possess the skills to drive sales and lead and motivate a large team to deliver outstanding customer service to all our guests.
