Pheasant Inn Receives Silver Star Award

The Pheasant Inn has received a prestigious Silver Star Award as well as retaining its five star inn status following an inspection from AA Hotel Services.

The Silver Star Award represents a property that has received top scores in all assessed categories and consistently excels in hospitality and service. Following a rigorous overnight inspection, the AA confirmed that The Pheasant Inn was worthy of this esteemed decoration in addition to their five star rating.

The inspector’s report commented: “This was a most comfortable overnight inspection. Investment to some of the bedrooms has provided excellent and memorable results. An excellent standard achieved from the housekeeping team. Dining and breakfast were both enjoyable, with an AA Rosette continued at this time.”
